Insomnia and chronic sleeping disorders aren’t to be taken lightly. It’s all too easy for most people to take the simple act of falling asleep for granted. Could it be physical?

It is also worth noting that insomnia can also be caused by physical conditions and lifestyle choices. These include heart disease, sleep apnea, chronic pain, urinary tract issues, asthma, Alzheimer’s, arthritis, certain medication, and alcohol/drug misuse.
