Our fees explained
Our fee structure at The Apex Practice is based on straightforward and clear principles. Whether you come to us for relationship counselling or support with a psychosexual condition, our overriding concern is to give you the support you deserve at a time when you need it the most.

You can find our most up-to-date fees below. We can accept payment via Visa/Mastercard and most credit cards. If you have any questions at all, our dedicated team will be more than happy to assist.

Initial consultations
Initially we will arrange a preliminary telephone/Zoom consultation that lasts approximately 20 minutes. At this stage we will determine whether we can be of help to you and for you to decide if you feel we truly understand your needs and issues.

There is no fee or obligation for this preliminary consultation.
Assessments
Up to three sessions may be required to complete a full and comprehensive assessment. The duration of each assessment is 1 hour at a fee of £295.00 at our Clinic in Harley Street. Zoom assessments are also of one hour duration at a fee of £195.00.
Any extended sessions are charged pro rata.
Therapy programme
The therapy programme is formulated of each patient’s specific needs and circumstances. Each therapy session lasts one hour at a fee of £295.00 in Harley Street. Therapy sessions on zoom are also of one hour’s duration at a fee of £195.00.
